Scott is a dedicated Group Executive Manager, Strategic Assets & Growth, with over 25 years of executive leadership experience across strategic asset management and the delivery of large-scale projects.
Scott’s career spans transport, government, logistics, and community housing, providing a strong foundation in commercial strategy, governance, risk, and lifecycle asset management within complex and regulated environments.
Scott joined Home in Place in 2025, and leads the organisation’s development, acquisitions, and property services functions, with accountability for the full asset lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to maintenance, compliance, and performance optimisation. He is responsible for establishing and embedding Home in Place’s Strategic Asset Management Framework, ensuring the organisation maintains effective control of its assets while delivering fit-for-purpose, financially sustainable housing aligned with long-term community needs and organisational objectives.
Beyond Asset Management, Scott plays a key role in driving sustainable growth, negotiating strategic partnerships, and aligning stakeholder priorities with measurable outcomes. This work not only supports state and federal housing priorities but also contributes meaningfully to addressing housing supply challenges across the sector.
