Experience
Bernadette established Home in Place New Zealand in 2015, a subsidiary of one of Australia’s largest social housing organisations, which has a 40-year history in managing social and affordable housing. She has a background in urban planning and social science and brings over a decade of experience planning housing in both greenfield and brownfield developments across Australia and New Zealand.
In recent years, Bernadette has focused on planning new social housing projects in New Zealand. She brings valuable insight into managing the often differing expectations of investors, developers, private residents and social housing tenants.
