Home in Place Customer Service Officer Coordinator Larissa Redondo has won a 2023 Customer Service Award in the Community Services Category from the Cessnock Business Chamber.

Larissa works from Home in Place’s Cessnock office.

Upon receiving the award, Larissa said she is very fortunate to work with some incredible people at Home In Place who encourage and push her daily to be the best she can be professionally.  She made special mention of her wonderful colleagues in the Home in Place Cessnock office – Vicki, Cheyne, Rick, and Luke as well as her Executive Manager Tim Larritt and Customer Service Executive Manager Alexandra McColl.

“My executive managers allow me to expand my knowledge, skills and put forward ideas in a collaborative way, that better the quality of customer service at Home In Place,” Larissa said.

“I’m truly proud to work for this amazing organisation and with this group of extraordinary people.”

Last year  Housing Access Officer Luke Bozic took out a Cessnock Business Chamber Customer Service Award in the Community Services Award in the Community, Education & Wellbeing category. Read the story here.

Larrissa received her award at a Gala Dinner on December 9, 2023, at Cessnock Leagues Club.

The annual awards recognise, showcase and reward exceptional customer service within the Cessnock Local Government Area. Monthly award winners become finalists in the Chamber Choice Award at the yearly event.
