Emma O’Hara is the Chief Operations Officer at Home in Place. Emma has over 16 years of experience in the social and community housing sector in NSW and Qld.
Emma’s journey in the sector has been multifaceted, encompassing roles within government and not-for-profit agencies. With a focus on tenancy operations and housing access, Emma has been a member of the senior leadership team at Home in Place for over seven years and played a pivotal role in the delivery of the 2019 Social Housing Management Transfer and has been project lead for other property management transfers in Western NSW in partnership with DCJ and AHO.
Emma is committed to implementing innovative and holistic solutions to address the diverse needs of individuals and families seeking stable housing environments.
Qualifications
Emma has studied business and social housing specialties and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration.
