Home in Place is offering funding support to help tenants take part in activities that strengthen wellbeing, confidence and connection.

Through the Wellbeing Grant and Spark Grant, tenants can apply for support to either join activities that support their own wellbeing or bring a simple community idea to life with neighbours.

This might include joining a fitness or creative program, attending a workshop, or starting a small activity such as a walking group, coffee catch up or craft circle.

These activities can help people stay active, learn something new and build connections with others in their community.

Applications close 24 April 2026. Funding is limited and applications may close earlier if all grants are allocated.
