Housing Pathways a partnership between the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), the Aboriginal Housing Office, the Housing Contact Centre, and participating community housing providers such as Home in Place. It is the system by which all applications for housing assistance in New South Wales are managed.
Housing Pathways provides a unified application process, common eligibility criteria and a standardised assessment process.
Once processed, eligible applications for housing in NSW are placed on the NSW Housing Register. The NSW Housing Register places applicants in order according to their chosen allocation zone, their category and approval date.
More information, including expected wait times can be found on the DCJ Housing website.
