Company name changes for Home in Place

As you may recall, in 2022 Compass Housing Services updated its trading name to Home in Place. As the final step in our rebranding process, we have updated our official company names.

Now in effect, the new company names are Home in Place (Australia) Limited ABN 84 002 862 213 and Home in Place (Queensland) Limited ABN 28 123 318 767.

These companies were formerly known as Compass Housing Services Co Ltd (trading as Home in Place) and Compass Housing Services Co (Queensland) Ltd. Please note the Australian Business Numbers (ABNs) and Australian Company Numbers (ACNs) of both companies remain unchanged. The changes to the names of the legal entities will have no impact on service delivery and the business will continue to operate as normal.

Our contact details, website, and office locations also remain unchanged.

It is a fitting time in the history of our organisation as we approach our 40th birthday. The organisation began in 1985 under the name Newmacq Housing and was changed in 2007 to Compass Housing Services and now in its 39th year to Home in Place.
