Home in Place is pleased to introduce our Green Thumb Funding initiative, a great opportunity for our tenants to bring their gardening ideas to life!
As part of our commitment to building vibrant, sustainable communities, we’re offering funding to support a range of gardening activities. Whether you’re looking to start a small garden, improve an existing space, or create a larger community garden, this funding can help turn your vision into reality.
We’re inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from tenants keen to create or improve their green spaces.
Key Dates

Expressions of Interest open 27 March 27 and close on 7 April .

Applications will be reviewed from April 8.

Successful applicants will receive their grants between April 28 and May 2.

All applicants will be notified of their application status via their preferred contact method (email or phone).

We’d love to support every garden project, but we have limited funding and tough choices to make! Help us by providing as much detail as possible, including how you plan to maintain your garden.
Please note, successful applicants will be required to share before-and-after photos of their projects, which may be published to highlight the impact of the funding.
