Experience
A non-executive director with over sixteen years of board-level experience, and a diverse career forged in the Hunter Region.
She is a Chartered Accountant who has held senior positions with national consulting firms, Pitcher Partners and PwC. She has held board and committee positions with some of the region’s most significant organisations including Newcastle Permanent, where she chaired its Audit Committee and Charitable Foundation, and the University of Newcastle.
She is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for both Regional Australia Bank and the national not for profit organisation, CoAct. She is an independent member of the Audit and Risk Committees for Hunter New England Local Health District, NSW Health Care Complaints Commission and Maitland City Council as well as a volunteer Treasurer for local charity Hunter Homeless Connect.
